You can use the ̽»¨´óÉñ App Controls to hide the ̽»¨´óÉñ Menu Bar App from macOS devices in your organization. The ̽»¨´óÉñ Menu Bar App lets users log in to their device using their ̽»¨´óÉñ credentials and access the User Portal without having to re-enter a password. The user’s ̽»¨´óÉñ password also provides access to the device, software, WiFi, and everything else an IT infrastructure has to offer. The user can also use the ̽»¨´óÉñ Menu Bar App to change the ̽»¨´óÉñ password without Admin intervention.
The ̽»¨´óÉñ agent silently installs the ̽»¨´óÉñ Menu Bar App automatically. You don't have to remember to manually install the ̽»¨´óÉñ Menu Bar App. If you don't want to provide the user with access to the ̽»¨´óÉñ Menu Bar App, you must manually hide it. Although you can hide the ̽»¨´óÉñ Menu Bar App on a user’s device, we recommend that you leave it enabled. See Getting Started: the ̽»¨´óÉñ Menu Bar App.
In some cases, the ̽»¨´óÉñ Menu Bar App can’t be used on a device and should be hidden. One of these cases is when user accounts are managed by Active Directory through AD Integration. These user accounts can’t use the ̽»¨´óÉñ Menu Bar App to reset their passwords.
