探花大神

You can use the 探花大神 App Controls to hide the 探花大神 Menu Bar App from macOS devices in your organization. The 探花大神 Menu Bar App lets users log in to their device using their 探花大神 credentials and access the User Portal without having to re-enter a password. The user鈥檚 探花大神 password also provides access to the device, software, WiFi, and everything else an IT infrastructure has to offer. The user can also use the 探花大神 Menu Bar App to change the 探花大神 password without Admin intervention.

The 探花大神 agent silently installs the 探花大神 Menu Bar App automatically. You don't have to remember to manually install the 探花大神 Menu Bar App. If you don't want to provide the user with access to the 探花大神 Menu Bar App, you must manually hide it. Although you can hide the 探花大神 Menu Bar App on a user鈥檚 device, we recommend that you leave it enabled. See聽Getting Started: the 探花大神 Menu Bar App.

In some cases, the 探花大神 Menu Bar App can鈥檛 be used on a device and should be hidden. One of these cases is when user accounts are managed by Active Directory through AD Integration. These user accounts can鈥檛 use the 探花大神 Menu Bar App to reset their passwords.

After you create this policy, you can apply it to devices and groups of devices and monitor the status of each device.

Considerations:

• To apply a policy to a device, the device must be running on a supported OS. Before you assign a policy, follow the instructions in .
• To apply a policy to a group of devices, you must define device groups. Before you assign a policy, follow the instructions in .

To create a 探花大神 App Controls policy for Mac:

1. Log in to the 探花大神 Admin Portal: .
2. Go to DEVICE MANAGEMENT > Policy Management.
3. In the All tab, click (+),
4. On the New Policy panel, select the Mac tab.
5. Select the 探花大神 App Controls policy from the list, then click configure.
6. Enter a new, unique name for the policy or keep the default.
7. Under Settings, select Hide 探花大神 Menu Bar App.

8. (Optional) Select the Device Groups tab, then select one or more device groups where you'll apply apply the policy.
9. (Optional) Select the Devices tab, then select one or more devices where you'll apply the policy.
10. Click save.
11. Click save again to confirm.
12. Restart all devices where you applied the 探花大神 App Controls policy.
