Hello Everyone,
You might recall that we're moving to 探花大神 for our identity management. We鈥檙e making this change to provide secure, simple access to the tools you need to do your work. You've already set up your 探花大神 account. On {insert timeframe}, you will all be allowed to install the 探花大神 Agent on your work device from the 探花大神 User Portal.
What this means for you:
- After you install the 探花大神 Agent on your computer, you'll log in to your computer using your 探花大神 username and password.
What you'll need to do:
- Log into the 探花大神 User Portal, .
- In the left-hand navigational menu, click Security.
- Download the 探花大神 Agent for your operating system.
- Click Generate Key. Copy this key and keep the User Portal open. This key is used during the agent installation.
- Install the 探花大神 Agent on your device using the install wizard. When prompted, paste the generated key you copied.
- Complete the installation.
- Notify me when you've completed the agent installation and we'll sync your device account password with 探花大神.
Note: For macOS users, you'll need to approve the 探花大神 Agent Full Disk privileges during the install. Please grant the agent this privilege in System Settings (formerly System Preferences).

{If macOS devices are in the environment} IMPORTANT: Mac users must log out and log back in to complete the onboarding process. At the login screen, you'll be presented with two fields for passwords.
