Get Started: 探花大神 AI Search

探花大神 AI Search is your personal Admin Portal expert. Leverage it to quickly find anything in your org, generate lists and reports, or ask it how to do something to get step-by-step support directly within your Admin Portal. This powerful tool transcends basic search functionality, offering a dynamic way to quickly query the answers you need, and manage your IT environment.

Important:

The actual text you input for your search or question is sent to Google Gemini to interpret and create queries. However, the subsequent queries and their results come directly from 探花大神 systems and are not interpreted or modified by any third party. Considerations

  • 探花大神 AI Search will only retrieve results that are related to 探花大神 and your Admin Portal. Asking it anything unrelated won鈥檛 result in anything. 
  • 探花大神 AI Search uses experimental technology, and may make mistakes sometimes. Always review all information before committing any changes. 
  • Search queries are collected and analyzed to improve performance and accuracy.
  • 探花大神 AI Search requires the Administrator or Administrator with Billing role. See Admin Portal Roles to learn more.

Supported Data and Operations

探花大神 AI Search has access to and can return results on the following data:

Note:

Most Directory and System Insights data is supported. However, certain information from these services isn鈥檛 available currently. Directory Insights event history is currently limited to 15 days. 

You can use the following operations in your queries:

  • Fields: Include or exclude certain fields. For example, 鈥済et a list of devices that don鈥檛 have google chrome installed.鈥
  • Sort: Sort a returned list by one of the attributes. For example, 鈥減rovide a list of devices out of patch compliance sorted by OS type.鈥
  • Counts, averages, min, and max: Perform count operations. For example, 鈥済et a count of macOS devices.鈥
  • Sub Queries (Where In / Not In): Nest additional parameters within your query. For example, 鈥漧ist windows devices not in device groups.鈥 

Known Issues and Limitations

  • Certain queries can timeout or take too long. You can request an export of the list you鈥檙e looking for as a workaround.
  • If you ask a question about data that 探花大神 AI Search doesn鈥檛 have access to, you鈥檒l receive an error. Certain System and Directory Insights data isn鈥檛 supported.
  • Be as specific as possible with your queries. A vague query will return inconsistent results. For example, specify 鈥済et me a list of macOS devices鈥 instead of 鈥済et me devices.鈥 
  • Queries containing 鈥渉aving鈥 aren鈥檛 supported. For example, rephrase 鈥済et a list of users having more than one group鈥 to 鈥済et a list of users with more than one group associated.鈥 
  • The model used to interpret your queries can become overloaded. Try submitting your query again or simplify it.

Enabling 探花大神 AI Search

探花大神 AI Search is disabled by default. You can still use the search bar to find pages in the Admin Portal until you enable it.

To enable 探花大神 AI Search:

  1. Log in to the .
  2. Go to Settings > Features > 探花大神 AI Search.
  3. Click to toggle 探花大神 AI Search to On.
  4. Click Save.

Using 探花大神 AI Search

To use 探花大神 AI Search:

  1. In the top menu next to Home, click the Search bar.
  2. A list of sample queries appear that ask the AI to pull certain information for you. Try searching for specific device or user attributes, software configurations, system events, etc. Here are some examples of list based searches:
    • 鈥淕et me a list of suspended users鈥
    • 鈥淪how me Windows Devices without Crowdstrike installed鈥
    • 鈥淕et me a list of devices with 16GB of RAM鈥
    • 鈥淲hich devices have 100GB of disk space?鈥
    • 鈥淕et me a list of installed software鈥
  1. At the bottom of the results, you also have the option to download results as a CSV file or open in 探花大神 Reporting.聽
  2. If you search the AI with a question asking it how to do something, you will get step-by-step instructional help. Results from 探花大神鈥檚 Help Center will populate in a quick-read format. Here are some examples of Help Center based searches:
    • 鈥淗ow do I create a policy group?鈥
    • 鈥淗ow to enroll Windows in MDM?鈥
    • 鈥淗ow do I add an Identity Provider?鈥
  3. You can use the left side menu to view recent queries.

FAQ

Search

My question didn鈥檛 get a great response. Why?

We鈥檙e constantly working to improve our models and their understanding, but some areas of the Admin Portal aren鈥檛 supported yet. For best results, try asking about System or Directory Insights. You can also try to be more specific about the data you need. For example, searching for admins defaults to administrators on devices. To find Admin Portal admins, include "console admins" in your query. Similarly, searching for users defaults to 探花大神 users. To find device users, add "system users" to your query.

Are Access Requests and workflows supported?

Not currently. When you ask 探花大神 AI Search about a workflow, it can see existing configurations but can't assist with them yet.

If I鈥檓 an MTP admin with multiple orgs, can I ask questions across them?

No, not currently. You can only search within a specific child org.

Security

What is 探花大神鈥檚 AI policy?

探花大神 AI Search has access to data within the Admin Portal and use of it is considered use of the Service, which is subject to our DAASA Terms.

Is my data used to train AI models?

Only the text of your search or question (and no additional identifying information) is processed by AI models.

We protect Customer Data as described in the DAASA Terms and our DPA

General Questions

What model is being used?聽

Google Gemini is used, but only the text of your search or question is sent to Gemini. No other organization data is ever sent to Gemini.
