探花大神

探花大神 Go鈩� provides the most secure and convenient way for you to access 探花大神-protected resources the moment you unlock your managed device. Other than initial registration, you won鈥檛 need to enter your email, password, and MFA every time you access your resources. Instead, verify your identity at device login, unlock, or in the browser using your device password or biometric device authenticator (Apple Touch ID and Windows Hello).  

Prerequisites:

• 探花大神 Go needs to be enabled by your admin in the Admin Portal. See Get Started: 探花大神 Go.
• A supported web browser with the appropriate 探花大神 Go extension installed:
  • Chromium-based browsers (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Brave, Arc, and Island) and the 探花大神 Go Chrome extension.
  • Firefox and the 探花大神 Go Firefox extension.
  • If you don鈥檛 see the extension installed, jump to Installing the Browser Extension Manually.
• You need to be working from a 探花大神-managed device and logged into your organizational device account.
• 探花大神 Go supports the following device types that meet these hardware requirements:
  • macOS devices with a .
  • Windows devices with a .
  • Linux devices with a Trusted Platform Module (TPM) 2.0.
• Biometrics are only supported on macOS and Windows devices. You鈥檒l need to configure biometrics on your device authenticator to use them with 探花大神 Go:
  • For macOS devices, see Apple鈥檚 .
  • For Windows devices, see Microsoft鈥檚 .

Considerations:

• On macOS devices, 探花大神 Go requires use of the onboard Touch ID sensor, so it does not support laptops docked with the lid closed (clamshell mode). 
• For Linux devices:
  • Biometrics aren't supported. You'll need to enter your local device password to verify your identity.

Registering 探花大神 Go

You'll have to register 探花大神 Go the first time you use it, and anytime you change your password. The registration flow is a traditional user portal login using your company email address and password.

1. In your browser, go to the .
   • If you鈥檙e viewing the Administrator Portal Login, click User Portal Login in the top left of the page.
2. Click Register Device.
3. Enter your company email address and click Continue.
4. On the next screen, enter your password and click Log in.
   • If your organization enforces MFA, approve the authentication request with your configured authentication method. See MFA for Users.
5. The Passwordless Login screen appears and your device is registered, redirecting you to the User Portal.

Using 探花大神 Go After Registration

After you鈥檝e registered 探花大神 Go, you鈥檒l have seamless and secure access to all of your 探花大神-managed resources for 12 hours.

If you're using a macOS or Windows device and you've configured biometrics, complete user verification with these authenticators:

• For macOS devices, see Apple鈥檚 .
• For Windows devices, see Microsoft鈥檚 .

If you're using a Linux device or haven't configured biometrics on your macOS or Windows device, enter your device password to verify your identity with 探花大神 Go.

探花大神 Go User Verification Workflows 

When accessing a 探花大神-managed resource where user verification is required, the login screen displays your company email and device avatar.

You鈥檒l verify your identity using your device authenticator (macOS and Windows) or your local device password (Linux).

Verifying Your Identity on macOS Using Touch ID

1. Go to the .
2. On the Welcome Back! screen, click Log in with 探花大神 Go.
   
3. On the Approve on Device screen, you鈥檒l see a request from 探花大神 Go to use Apple Touch ID to verify your identity.
4. Enter your fingerprint with Touch ID to complete the authentication.

5. You're directed to the 探花大神 User Portal to access your resources. 

Verifying Your Identity on Windows Using Hello

1. Go to the .
2. On the Welcome Back! screen, click Log in with 探花大神 Go.
   
3. On the Passwordless Login screen, you鈥檒l see a request from 探花大神 Go to use Windows Hello to verify your identity.
   
4. Enter your fingerprint (or other configured biometric) to complete the verification.

5. You鈥檒l see Hello upon successful authentication.
6. You're directed to the 探花大神 User Portal to access your resources.

Verifying Your Identity on Linux

1. Go to the.
2. On the Welcome Back! screen, click Log in with 探花大神 Go.
3. Enter your local device password to verify your identity.
4. You're directed to the 探花大神 User Portal to access your resources.

Logging Out of 探花大神 Go

Logging out of the User Portal preserves your 探花大神 Go session so you don't have to register the next time you access a resource. If you need to end your 探花大神 Go session to re-register your device or to troubleshoot an issue, you can do so from the User Portal Security tab.

To log out of 探花大神 Go and end your session on your device:

1. In the , go to the Security security tab.
2. Under Multi-factor Authentication, scroll down to 探花大神 Go is active on this device.
3. Click Log Out of 探花大神 Go to end your session.
   

Installing the Browser Extension Manually

If you don鈥檛 see the 探花大神 Go extension in the browser on your device, install it manually using the steps in the following section.

Google Chrome

To add the 探花大神 Go browser extension to Google Chrome:

1. Go to the in the Chrome Web Store.
2. Click Add to Chrome.
3. When prompted to Add 鈥溙交ù笊� Go?鈥�, click Add extension.
4. The extension is added to Google Chrome.

To pin the 探花大神 Go extension to the toolbar:

1. In Google Chrome, click the Extensions (puzzle piece) button.
2. In the drop-down list of extensions, click the pin next to the 探花大神 Go extension.
3. Click the 探花大神 Go icon to access the User Portal at any time.
   

Microsoft Edge

To add the 探花大神 Go extension to Microsoft Edge:

1. In Edge, go to the in the Chrome Web Store.
2. In the top banner under 探花大神 Go鈩� works on Microsoft Edge, click Get Extension.
   
3. Click Allow under Allow extensions from other stores.
4. When prompted to Add 鈥溙交ù笊� Go鈩�" to Microsoft Edge?, click Add extension.
5. The extension is added to Edge and you can now use 探花大神 Go.

Chromium-based Browsers

You can also add the 探花大神 Go browser extension to other Chromium-based browsers (Brave) by installing it directly from the .

Firefox

To add the 探花大神 Go extension to Firefox:

1. In Firefox, go to the . 
2. Click Add to Firefox. 
3. In the top-right Add 探花大神 Go popup, click Add and then click Okay.
4. The extension is added to Firefox and you can now use 探花大神 Go.

Uninstalling the Browser Extension

To manually remove the 探花大神 Go extension from the browser on your device:

1. In the browser, go to Settings by clicking the 3 dots at the top-right corner.
2. Click Extensions > Manage Extensions.
3. Locate the 探花大神 Go Browser Extension and click Remove.
