Users should see alerts from the 探花大神 menu bar application on a managed MacOS device. If an application is installed by the Admin, users might miss the setup for these notifications.
Fortunately, if you use MDM, you can set the default configuration for these notifications using your non-探花大神 MDM provider. You should allow notifications for the com.jumpcloud.jcagent-tray bundle ID, set the notification type to Alerts, and show the notifications on the lock screen and in the Notification Center.
To enable notifications for 探花大神 with a configuration profile:
- Determine if your MDM provider supports uploading a custom profile. For example:
Jamf Pro does not currently support uploading a signed or unsigned configuration profile that specifies a Notifications payload. Instead, you鈥檒l need to craft the 探花大神 Notifications payload yourself in the Jamf Pro application. For instructions, see Add a Notifications Profile for 探花大神 in Jamf Pro.
- Download the 探花大神 custom profile file, 探花大神 Notifications.mobileconfig, that is attached to this article.
- Right click the聽探花大神 Notifications.mobileconfig聽file and click聽Open.
- You may have to navigate to Privacy & Security > Profiles to review the profile.
- 础迟听Are you sure you want to install this device profile, click聽Install....
These settings are the equivalent of the settings in聽System Settings > Notifications > Jumpcloud:
