What types of events can trigger notifications in 探花大神?

When notifications are enabled, all users in your selected notification channels will automatically receive email notifications for alert generation. You can also choose to be notified for alert acknowledgement, and resolution.

Where can I see the rules that are triggering notifications?

You can view and manage your monitoring rules within the Rules dashboard of 探花大神's Device Monitoring and Alerting section. See Use Rules Dashboard to learn more.

I’m not receiving notifications. What should I do?

First, verify your notification channel configuration and ensure the email addresses or admin roles are correctly set up. Also, check your spam or junk folders. Finally, confirm that the rules you've configured are indeed triggering alerts.

How are notifications delivered?

Currently, notifications are delivered via email.

Is there a limit to the number of email recipients I can add to a notification channel?

Yes, you can include specific email addresses or distribution lists, with a maximum of 50 recipients per channel.
