探花大神's Alert Notifications system enhances the rule-based in-platform Device Monitoring and Alerting system by delivering critical notifications directly to your inbox through customizable channels. You can add specific email addresses or admin roles as required to define who you want to notify regarding critical alerts and the events related to all such alerts.

Prerequisites

• You need to have your administrator roles properly defined and users assigned to those roles within your 探花大神 directory. See Manage Admin Accounts to learn more.

Setting up Who gets notified

• 探花大神鈥檚 Alert Notifications helps you configure notification channels and define who is to be notified about critical alerts and their associated events. 
• Add administrator roles with associated administrators, specific email addresses or distribution lists.

Setting up When they get notified

• When setting up monitoring rules in 探花大神's Device Monitoring and Alerting, you can enable email notifications, which will be sent through the specific notification channels you select. These rules are what initially generate the alerts.
• Once the rule is enabled, users in your configured notification channels will automatically receive an email when an alert is created. You can also opt to receive notifications for alert acknowledgement and resolution events.
