Reactivation, even with a different Google Admin account, does not disconnect users or their active Google Workspace sessions, and no notifications are sent.
- Obtain the credentials for the account used to activate the integration initially or use an account with either聽Google Super Admin (if you will need to sync passwords for users with Super Admin privileges) or a dedicated Google user for the integration with these roles:
- Groups Admin (pre-built role)
- User management Admin (pre-built role)
- Custom role with 鈥楧omain Management鈥 admin API privileges
- Log in to the .
- Go to DIRECTORY INTEGRATIONS > Cloud Directories.
- Select the Google Workspace directory for which you want to reactivate sync and click reactivate sync.
- Follow Google's prompts to authorize 探花大神.
Deactivating Google Workspace Sync
If you no longer want to sync a Google Workspace directory with 探花大神, you can deactivate sync for it from the Cloud Directories tab of the Admin Portal.
If you're experiencing connection issues or need to refresh tokens for privileged users, reactivate sync for the Google Workspace domain rather than deactivating the sync. Deactivation breaks sync for a Google Workspace directory and disconnects all connected users and groups. Only deactivate sync for a Google Workspace directory if you no longer need it to sync with 探花大神.
- Log in to the .
- Go to DIRECTORY INTEGRATIONS > Cloud Directories.
- Select the Google Workspace directory for which you want to deactivate sync and click deactivate sync.
After you deactivate sync for a Google Workspace directory
- Sync ceases between 探花大神 and the Google Workspace directory.
- User attribute changes are no longer propagated from 探花大神 to Google Workspace.
- If the Google Workspace sync is deactivated or gets disconnected due to any reason, users are not removed/ disconnected from the Google Workspace directory in 探花大神. Re-enabling the sync restores the functionality without any issues.
- Users won鈥檛 be affected.
- All users in Google will remain 鈥楢ctive鈥 and will retain access to their respective Google Workspace applications.
- All User accounts will remain Active in 探花大神 as well.
